Follow-up appointments are for individuals who have completed an initial counseling session. We will revisit your previous goals, address any concerns with the current plan, and find outcomes to keep you on track to a healthier you. *Includes meal plan with digital recipes.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice. Cancellations without 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee (not your copay/coinsurance).
